1 Neomed™ Algae Capsule a day should be taken with a large glass of water or diluted fruit juice.

Take them in the morning before breakfast or together with your meal. Avoid to take them with products based on wholemeal because the absorption of minerals through the intestinal wall can be disrupt.

Noticeably improved ‘wellbeing’ takes place after a 3-4 weeks’ period. This period is needed to allow metabolism to adjust to an improved level of health. Neomed™ Algae Capsules should be taken for a period of 3 months to reach optimum health condition which allows previously threatened cell structures to be renewed, e.g. liver cells take more than 3 months approximately.
